Through personal experience and professional training in mental health, child welfare, probation and education services, a Youth Coordinator provides one on one, individually tailored support and education to youth and young adults between the ages of 12 and 26. Youth Coordinators help to accomplish goals by providing, but not limited to, the following:
Our program is focused on filling in the gaps when youth or young adults cannot access other supports to meet their identified needs. Our support is voluntary and is offered on an as needed basis.
